SF City Hall Elopement
V + P are romantic adventurers who traveled from another state for their intimate SF City Hall elopement. I was honored to act as their photographer and their witness. After their wedding at City Hall, we went on location for Sutro Baths wedding photos in San Francisco. As a SF City Hall elopement photographer, I love when couples extend their City Hall session with photos on location.
They chose the 3 hour photography package which included their ceremony and portrait at City Hall, and then photos on location at Sutro Baths and Land’s End.

Sutro Baths and Lands End are popular wedding photo locations in San Francisco. The dramatic cliffs, ocean views, and remnants of the historic baths create a breathtaking backdrop. The combination of natural beauty and architectural ruins offers a variety of settings for unique photos. Personally I love the look of the Monterey Pines, cypress trees, and the rugged shrubbery that is uniquely SF.
If you have a chance to be here later in the evening, I highly recommend sticking around for amazing photos of the setting sun over the Pacific Ocean.
Film Photos
As an add on service, I do love to shoot a few rolls of medium format film on the wedding day. Of course film has beautiful qualities and a different look than digital photos. I love both for different reasons. The colors below were really beautiful, especially on typical cloudy San Francisco day.
